Sostento is launching its new program, Health Access for Equity, to address under and uninsured patients’ barriers to care head-on, enabling thousands of Americans to attain healthcare services they otherwise wouldn’t.
Whether those services are primary care, preventative screenings for disease, access to healthy foods, or behavioral healthcare to treat substance misuse and mental health disorders, our new program will help enable access to those in need.
By delivering a connected system of access interventions and activating our national partner network of community-based free and charitable clinics, we aim to ensure that everyone can get healthcare when they need it and live their healthiest life.
