Millions in the United States unnecessarily suffer because they can’t get care when they need it. We are working to create a future where everyone can access quality healthcare when needed, regardless of income, geography, or other social drivers of health. We’ve helped hundreds of thousands of people access care since our founding as a nonprofit in 2019, and we’re on a mission to help millions more.
By addressing obstacles such as lack of transportation and complex referral systems, our solutions prevent sickness, reduce suffering and save lives. Our efforts focus on low-income and uninsured populations and those most in need.

"Being able to use Uber has truly brought peace of mind to those who have struggled with this barrier as they know their healthcare does not have to be put on hold due to transportation issues. They are incredibly thankful to be able to utilize this service at no cost to them! Thank you Uber and Sostento for allowing our clinic to serve those who may not always have access to transportation."
“HelplineSOS gave us the capacity to suddenly take on a lot more call volume than we ever have before, and it wasn’t just our patients calling in to get information about testing, scheduling, and vaccinations – it was our entire community. The ability to consistently respond month after month enabled us to show up for our community. We hope that the trust we have built during this process of being a place that stays open and responds is something that people will continue to rely on for other health needs in the years to come."
