At Sostento, we believe that diversity, in all its forms, makes us more effective agents of change. Our commitment to equity means actively identifying and addressing disparities in healthcare access, outcomes, and experiences. To achieve this, we must first prioritize this commitment internally by striving to provide our entire team with access to the same resources, information, and opportunities. This nourishes and sustains a culture where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.

Speaking up on matters of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) may not always feel psychologically safe, so we proactively measure our DEIB goals with metrics. We have committed to selecting a governing board that reflects the populations we serve. We encourage continuous learning, self-reflection, and collaboration.

We know the work is never done. While we may not get it right every time, we are committed to learning and evolving, courageously owning our mistakes and growing from them together.
